Procedure for attending for an appointment:

• At the time of booking we expect you to disclose any symptoms e.g. runny nose ,Headaches and sore throat , please let us know if anything has changed regarding your health or your family’s health when you arrive for your appointment 
• You will be asked to use sanitizing hand gel.
  
• We have provided a safe environment for you to attend your appointment all surfaces and door handles will be cleaned with antibacterial and viricidal sprays before and after your treatment. As always, the highest professional standards will be adhered to, complying with The College of Podiatry guidelines.
  
• Unfortunately it has become necessary to charge the full fee for failing to attend unless 24 hours notice is given .We have a number of patients waiting for cancelations.

"Just a short thank you to the staff, especially Simon at The Footcare Clinic. My appointment on Wednesday 27th May created a little anxiety from myself during the Lockdown instructions. I need not have worried so much, Simon met me at the door in full PPE and offered me a face mask of which I quickly put on. I went inside and noticed how spotless the whole area was, freshly disinfected. I used the hand gel situated by the door and went into the treatment room.
